How have you been? I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to write you a letter about my previous trip to Israel. As you know, I’ve been wanting to visit for FOREVER. I’m just sad that you didn’t get to tag along! Oh well, maybe next time!
You wouldn’t believe all the sites I saw and the people I got to meet. This trip was outrageously fun. My main goal when visiting Israel was to hit as many as the historical sites as possible! I’m happy to report that I accomplished this goal.
Sadly, a lot of the historical sites were EXTREMELY crowded. Thankfully, though, almost every site had an AI robot manning the entrances and exits and this made actually viewing the sites an easier task to accomplish. You had to purchase a ticket from the AI robot at the entrance. Only a certain amount of people were allowed past at a time. The wait time wasn’t too long, thankfully. And get this, the only way to exit the site was to show the AI robot at the exits your entry ticket. When exiting, an older man in front of me somehow misplaced his ticket and WASN’T allowed to leave. A shrill alarm went off and a few human workers hurriedly came over to investigate!
There were a lot of humorous scenarios that went down while I was on this trip! Thankfully it wasn’t ME that was involved in most of them. The most hilarious one, though, did involve me. I was questioning whether or not I should mention this as it is rather EMBRRASSING, but upon further thought I think I’ll include it as I know you like to travel and it may help prevent you from experiencing this!
So, you may know this already, but when visiting a hotel in the future, DON’T expect it to be staffed by humans! The AI robots they have out nowadays look too much like humans, I swear. I was talking to what I thought was a REAL LIFE lady at the front desk about check in and check out times. She was positioned so that I could see part of her body but not her face. She sounded totally normal. Before leaving, I asked her a general question about when dinner would be served. She kept repeating HAVE A GOOD DAY. I said okay I will and repeated my question. After hearing her repeat herself about 5 times I finally realized I wasn’t talking to a human! HAHAHA! LOL! I guess I should no better by now. It seems like technology is advancing faster than I can keep up with.
All in all, even though I had a few mishaps here and there, I really enjoyed my trip to Israel. Like I said, the people I met and the sites I saw were well worth it. I only just wish that you had been there to experience it all with me. If you get any time off work in the near future please let me know as I would love to travel with you. I don’t care where we go as long as we’re together! I’ll talk to you soon!
