This message will describe the fantastic holiday I have just had in Paris. I really hope that you like it as it was very good fun.

Arriving at St. Pancras station I didn’t have long to wait for my scheduled train. I knew this beforehand as my watch had automatically alerted me that the train would be on time. The journey took the scheduled seven minutes and twelve seconds exactly, reaching a maximum speed of three hundred and fifty miles an hour, although you couldn’t tell, because the ride is just so smooth, which is how I like it.

I was able to have all of my emails shown on my table by projecting my phone onto it, which was very useful. The food was very good – I only had two tablets this time as I only wanted a starter and a main course and the French wine was excellent. Being able to just spray the wine into my mouth in concentrated form is an excellent way of not getting a hangover too, something I always appreciate with the latest technology. As you know, I don’t like using public conveniences, so I was able to press the suppression button on my wrist so I can sort that out at a later date.

I had a short time to see the cars on the French autoroute and as usual it was full of people sleeping, working or just looking out of the window as their autonomous vehicles took them to their chosen destination. I have had an autonomous car for three years now and they do make my long journeys so much more enjoyable and less stressful too.

I would like to thank you for suggesting that I go to Paris as it is such a beautiful place and being able to use a virtual travel agent who arranged every little detail for me, from the train booking to one for my favourite hotel chain.

As you know, I don’t have a very good head for heights, despite having taken the recommended course of tablets, which was a shame. However, the special glasses you sent me were almost as good as being there when I programmed them to give me a guided tour and they even blew a gust of wind into my face when the lift got to the top!

The Arc de Triomphe has many, many stairs to climb, so having those amazing shoes you gave me for Christmas was very useful indeed. All I had to do was press the buttons on each side of the shoes and they instantly helped me climb from the bottom to the top in about two minutes. The view from the top was amazing and the camera in my glasses helped me to instantly upload the views to my computer at home and in my hotel, where I could delete at my leisure.

I thought that I would try using a hoverboard for the first time and I would thoroughly recommend it – it’s great fun once you have got used to merely tilting your head to the left to turn left and the opposite to turn right.Youngsters seem to have take this mode of transport like a duck to water.

As you well know, I don’t like cigarette smoke and as Paris is virtually the last bastion of smokers nowadays, I mainly ate in my hotel room and their choice of pills to replicate an authentic bistro meal was amazing. Just two pills, together will a bit of ambient local accordions (courtesy of my amazing glasses) and I felt just like I was there, without the need to leave my hotel bedroom. Bliss.
